Hello Everybody,
Shame on America!
The French people gave the American people a present long ago,
a very real Statue of Liberty, with an engraved inscription of
a poem written by Emma Lazarus -
The New Colossus
Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
And now, 31 governors, representing the people of
their respective states, have turned their backs on
those who are most desperately in need of our help.
30 of those governors are Republican, 1 is Democrat.
All of them a sorry excuse of a human being.

Here is a list whose governors were brave enough to say
they are willing to accept refugees -

All the remaining governors are too chickenshit to say
one way or another.
