Thank you for catching that! I had the OS crash during the 15th monthly
reporting run, and just re-ran it at which point all seemed well {sigh} but it
must have hosed the Elist Database. I just rebuilt it from backups and
re-hatched ELST1903.ZIP with Replace. :)
