Hi All,

The RULE keyword has been enhanced to allow free form text (NO blank lines
allowed on multiple entries) and/or a .RUL filename starting in column 1 using
8.3 naming convention with .RUL as the type. EList will detect the name, look
for the .RUL file and display either {Verified} or {Not Found}.

New or changed .RUL files can be sent direct to Echolist at 1:1/21 via BinkD
(std port 24554) as needed. Please do NOT use MOD RUL submissions, this has
been deprecated! Simply send me the file. :)
