- Some very minor changes to sound card support (Playmail.zip).

- Fix for Config-Editor Options and TimEd.

- Fix for Config-Comm/Modem.

- Fix for the generic modem control file (MCF) template.

- Addressing a potential problem with split screen chat in IZE sessions.

- Updates to the F1-Help system and manual.
