That is two features:

   - search within date range
   - search within text words

Is this for searching?  This above translation, is this for
internationalization?

This was done by:

 - rename default.htm to default.wct
 - and add the macro anywhere on page:

   #MODULE UTL NEWMAIL#

Note: Change # to @ characters.

Wildcat is a RPC system.

What is the "Windows 2003 RPC-interface?"

I did a google search and all I find are security patches for the RFC
interface which is basically a Microsoft "Host Discovery" technology on port
445 and it had a few security problems in the past.

We don't need this port 445 discovery feature and it didn't exist when
WINSERVER as designed back in 1996  We have our own port 4012 Wildcat Server
host discovery logic.

Is this what you are referring too?
