I'd like to see the ability to allow the person who uploaded a file to be able
to modify that upload, i.e. upload a new version of the file in place of the
old one, delete an obsolete file, or move the file to a different file area.
I often get an e-mail from a user asking me to delete a file they uploaded
into the wrong file area.
