How about limiting by anonymous access that is already there?

Or you want it on a per user basis? - same IP?   I can use 10 machines and
login with 10 different IPs so you really want to do this by user name.

You can do this writing a FTP-LOGON.WCC wcBASIC module that you can use to
record your connections and IP's and/or user's on line.

Do you have wcBASIC?  Maybe someone can write it for you.
