Well, he has a point. For a subscription based system, you can allow X
size for one type of subscription/security profile versus another.
It was always part of the futures list as part of the big change when we
finally move the message databases to support long file names and possibly
an alternative storage system that would better support "size options" on a
per user basis. Right now, it would be a major server overhead to do the
same thing.
