Thats whats really holding up the show here, is two sets of 3rd-party
developer tools that are VERY specific to MS-DOS.

One is Turbopower's B-Tree ISAM library for the nodelist compiler, the other
is TPCRT to replace the standard CRT library.

I can deal with rewriting the TPCRT components but man, the ISAM code is so
deeply nested, so intertwined, so involved with ALL aspects of the mailer.
