scroll all the way to the bottom and then back up to the sbbsecho command line
section... option D...

the sbbsecho command lines we use on max's system are

FIDOIN : -belrsy!
FIDOOUT: -linf

there's no file processing or interbbs games done over there so no need to use
the 'd' option on the FIDOIN line... but all of this may be different with the
new sbbsecho... we've not changed the command lines at all by we are running
the latest sbbsecho available... at least since the last update and build from
the repo which was on the 13th of this month...
