Correction: The beer bottle lable is in Dutch and possibly another language or
two, but I remember having the instructions saved on another drive and here
they are:
"Let the beer sit upright for a day or two. Then cool them, not ice cold but
cool. Gently pour into a wet glass, not a dry one, preferably a chalice. Let
it breathe for a minute, then gently taste. Never drink from the bottle."
