That has m ore to do with our "beloved" Wynne <ducking>.  Damn carbon taxes,
and having to pay for gas plants that were partially built and abandoned, not
to mention the Green electricity that earns more then double of what it is
worth, and is sold to the US northern states for next to nothing.
