I'm assuming it is normal to have missing *.MSG files where it skips numbers
now and then (maybe dupe detection or something).  It appears that %RESCAN
doesn't like the break in the number seqence, however.

After that it appears to never have it's LASTREAD counter updated to start
receiving new messages.  At least that is my thought at this point.

I just got word that Gaylen is shutting down his BBS, so I'm going to have to
re-think how to get Dovenet over here anyway.

I do like the way we have been doing it using a bogus FTN network to my
D'Bridge hub if I can find another person to gate it this way for me.
