 I have the money for a big one.  The problem is our buidling installed new
windows that simply are not able to open large enough for an a/c unit.

 They also sealed up the old hole that the window style ones could go in
with cement.

 I live in a shit hole Joe.... But if you look up rent in the GTA you will
understand why we stay here.  A basement apartment costs what we pay now.
