Subj : DB & Windows Server2003

Is Windows Server 2003 an OS for d'bridge.  I installed it but when i invoked
db it immediately shows Answering.  This is from the get go, first time
insalled and running it.

I press Ctrl-A to cancel and nothing happens.

I am trying to use it for my VADV bbs.
