I ran Citadel for a brief period of time.  If i recall correctly, i ran it
on OpenBSD with nginx as the web server.  It was not networked, so to say.
Citadel was nice because it was written in C and used little hardware
resources, compared to a PHP-based bulletin board.  I seem to recall it
got a little technical at times.

Is this the D&D that you are referencing?
