     Title: Mango Kerabu

     Yield: 2 Cups

          Basic Chilli Sauce
     1 sm Ripe mango (250 g); peeled,
          -diced
     4    Mint leaves; coarsely
          -chopped
     4    Coriander leaves; coarsely
          -chopped

 Preparation time: 5 minutes

 Prepare the Basic Chilli Sauce. Add the mango, mint, and coriander
 leaves and mix well. Serve immediately as a side dish with rice meals.
