MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Air-Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies
Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks, Nuts
     Yield: 36 servings

     1 lg Egg; room temp, beaten
     1 c  Sugar
     1 c  Creamy peanut butter

 In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level
 tablespoons of dough into balls. Flatten with a fork.

 Heat air fryer to 400oF/205oC.

 In batches, place 1" apart in greased air fryer. Cook
 until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool
 slightly on the pan and remove to wire racks to cool.
