Title: Asian Chicken Rice Bowl

1/4 c Rice vinegar
1 Green onion; minced
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Toasted sesame seeds
1 tb Sesame oil
1 tb Honey
1 ts Minced fresh gingerroot
8 13/16 oz Pkg ready-to-serve brown
- rice
4 c Coleslaw mix
2 c Shredded rotisserie chicken;
- chilled
2 c Frozen, shelled edamame;
- thawed
For dressing, whisk together first 7 ingredients. Cook
rice according to package directions. Divide among 4
bowls.
In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix and chicken with half
the dressing. Serve edamame and slaw mixture over rice;
drizzle with remaining dressing.
