I  bought that Wi-Fi router from a neighbor thinking the County Internet would
either be Wi-Fi as I learned it was in  Huntington WV, or through the local
Cable Co. so I thought I would be able to use that router either way.

Was wanting to use the device to communicate with the Bluetooth that's inside
the phone, instead of doing Wi-Fi.
I figured pairing the Bluetooth device with Bluetooth in the phone to transfer
Data between them.
