I've never looked beyond Fitbit for these things. There is
certainly quite a huge variety of makers, re-branders, and
designs.

I had a "real" Casio at one time.  Back then, the hourly chime
seemed like a cool feature to keep me focused and aware of the
time.

I stopped wearing watches over 12 years ago. Since my little
foray into fitness trackers, now I remember why.  I simply got
tired of the strangled feeling of wearing a rubberized band,
and any bulkiness of a watch that scrapes and damages a shirt
cuff.
