A friend has volunteered to swap watches/trackers with me for

I suppose that's can be good (obviously for seniors) ..but also
perhaps for a hiker.

I see a lot more people settling a POS payment using the
touchless tech using a phone.  I assume that's an ApplePay
exclusive feature.
