Simple:
1. Copy
1.1 program directory to the same location on the new computer (or use setup and enter some garbage)
1.2 copy the WinPoint data directory (default: %AppData%\WinPoint , can also be found by showing some folder from the Fidonet menu) to the %AppData% on the new machine.
2. use regedit.exe to export HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\New.Vision.Software\WinPoint and import it on the new machine
If in 1.2 the path for %APPDATA% has changed between the
machines (e.g., because of a different user name), just go
(after step 2) to the settings dialog and fix all entries in
the "directories" tab to point to the location from 1.2.
