A comment that ends up in the next message is better than just a
post with a [...] subject and a link without a description.

Maybe the better thing to do would be be to save the video, and
repost it as a new message with a comment?  But that represents
a waste of resources.

I don't know what the answer is.  Maybe, avoid forwarding
messages?

Tell me about it! A recent Joe Rogan video podcast (that ran for
3 hours) was a default size of 1.8GB!

At least I have the option *not* to view any linked videos with
the Telegram app.
