I don't there is any ATM in Canada that offers coins.

But that is another thing.. eventually I run out of coins. Why
are people hoarding that stuff? My only option is/was to go to
the bank.  Now, in light of the recent "by appointment only"
imposition, I have another solution. But maybe I shouldn't
mention it - at least, not yet.

Yes.. my main bank has the "take a pic with your smartphone" and
deposit it that way method.  But I don't have a current
smartphone that will support getting apps from the google-store.
I *could* however install the .APK direct, if I could get it.

OMG.  What nonsense in their naming of things just to sound
different and get your attention.

Yes.. I have a commercial terminal for that. It accepts
Mastercard, Visa, Debit, and ApplePay. People can also make a
payment online via PayPal or eTransfer too.

Never heard of the LetGo/Offerup alternatives. Maybe it's just a
USA offering.

They seem to be tied in with specific items for sale.  I would
need a simple alternative to just send cash.

CP> In any case, a few people when asking about plants and

CP> Through those you can process payments and Transfer funds
CP> to the bank electronically.  Just an idea.

Another popular service is the Square.  It's a pretty good
solution for someone who needs portability.
