Who knows.  Techically it is from the dark reclusive servers in Dubia, reaching out to a modest sysop's pc in Crimea where it is then pre-processed into the language that FTN speaks, and then teleporting through the mystical ether of electrons over land, sea or space to its final destination - your pc.  :)
