Still no show this morning. I ought to take a picture for documentation. There is actually one other tree that is "holding up" the wire that reduces the slack. It would be much worse if the tree wasn't there.

In my case, the lowest is wire (cable) is just the phone cable. I should probably lassoo the darn thing and pull it down more on the side of the tree away from the roadway and secure it with a tie.
