Well in my local area chinese is the most prevelent for buffet's.
hey KFC used to do one but was spoiled by people comeing in in groups
of more than 1 and ordering only one buffet.
If i travel a little farther i can find some of the chain type buffet places
like ponderosa(sp) steak house.
