Hi Joe,
JS> Can I run Binkley without a nodelist??
Yes, but only for a POINT configuration, not a standard node.
JS> Where can I find a compiler for Bink...
Bink will use ANY V6 or V7 Nodelist, so any compiler for your platform will do
the job.
JS> and Um what cfg file do I need when I go to compile it...
JS> I don't want Bink for sending mail I just want it to answer
JS> the phone and pass the caller over to dialuptotelnet.exe
That really depends on HOW you want the call to be passed on and what platform
you are using. I think more details would be nice.
If it helps, back in the early 1990's, I used Bink on an OS/2 system to dial
into a unix system and using the BASH shell, script its way through file
transfers using Zmodem, so with a little bit of thinking, quite a lot is
possible.
Cheers............pk.
