Well, the state is "working most of the time", which implies that it sometimes
doesn't work and needs a restart.

This is good enough for a point or so, but it appeared too unstable to me to be
used as a node.
I guess the most stable mailer to be used via Internet on Amiga is TrapDoor
with telser.device. I would like to see a new stable version of AmiBinkD,
though, or a binkd implementation in GMS_Mailer... ;)
