Sure does.  It's old, needs to be updated (which I'm slowly working on).
Completely different than running a Windows-based BBS.  If you're going to use
MBSE, be prepared to spend some time setting it up, but once it's set up, it's
quite reliable.

Documentation is built into the archive.
