I got it to poll finally by doing a little tinkering. I am thinking of running
Telegard/2 in replacement since I already run BBBS for Win32. You know, a
little more variety, spice of life. I will have to take a look at IREX. What
mailer do you use with Telegard/2? I was looking for Telegard earlier, wasn't
sure if I wanted to run it on my Win32 machine or in an OS/2 VM. One thing I
like about VM I like is that it's easier (with time) to make a backup of the
whole OS (including all the files). I've been using VirtualBox for awhile now
and love it. I didn't make any changes to BBBS as far as AT commands, just the
default. Yet, it still works. I'm using Virtual Modem (which I'm considering
registering) for more than 2 nodes. My question is how might I use othernets
besides Fidonet (Z1). I use the
[ftndomains]
^[1-6]: fidonet
^316: whispnet
^10: league10
Yet, it still reads as one zone when connecting to BinkD. That doesn't work
for me like the Win32/Linux build does. I'll see if Kim has an OS/2 update.
Anyway, BBBS/2 and BinkD (Linux build) work pretty good together for me.
Thanks for the response.
