OK. But the end user need to know that this BBS is for personal or commercial
interest. If nothing specified, it may be defined as commercial purpose, or
defined as personal purpose. Kim provide 2 different licenses for BBBS. One
thing one can do with that is inform the end user at prelog, an another thing
is telling user the license type of BBBS (personal or commercial).
