Founding a company isn't an achievement.
In Europe Paypal requires a having bank account (which comes with free wire transfer service) and Paypal adds something like wire-transfert, but it charges for this service. It might be more interesting in a country where banks don't offer any service.
SpaceX did some nice fireworks, but apart from that? Wernherr von Braun was the first person to ever launch a rocket in 1942, that's an achievement. NASA brought men to the moon and back, that's an achievement.
How did he revolutionize the electric car industry? I'm pretty sure you mean something that Terpenning or Eberhard came up with.
How exactly did "the world" benefit from OpenAI, Neuralink and what did the Big Falcon Rocket have that Space Shuttle and Buran did not? Taking people to a space station is something the Soviets already did in 1986.
I have too little knowledge about staellite Internet in Ukraine, but in Germany you could get satellite Internet by SkyDSL in 1999.
IJ> He was named the world's richest person
So, something he has "done for the world" is taking money from others? I'd call this a personal success, but not an achievement for the world.
I aussume the other achievements you didn't list included reeinventing the subway with carriages that capacity of which is only five people.
