While I don't do any of this (nor do I condone it), I happen to know a bit about it.

It is not an implication. Many fentanyl deaths are due to the user not actually knowing they're taking it. They probably think it's their same old dose of heroin and injest the same amount they normally do. However, when fentanyl is added to it, they're more than likely going to overdose.

Getting "pure" cocaine or heroin is probably just about impossible these days, no matter what a dealer tells you.

Example:

"Cocaine is often cut with various substances to increase profits and may include additives like baking soda, sugar, or more dangerous drugs such as fentanyl, amphetamines, and local anesthetics. This practice can significantly increase the risks associated with cocaine use, including overdose."

Same can be said about heroin. The main reason is so that the dealer can sell more at a lesser expense to themselves.

Honestly, I had never heard of fentanyl until it was brought up as involved in Michael Jackson's death, and now it's one of the biggest killers out there as far as drugs are concerned. Go figure .. ?

Regards,
Nick
