Could be they are doing it on purpose, or it could be that they are just
"businesspeople" who got into it thinking it was lucrative and are not
actual "connoseurs" (sp?) themselves -- they've never smoked it and/or
don't know much about it.
If I had got into that business (they made it VERY difficult to get into
here when they legalized it), I probably wouldn't know how to store it
properly as I would be in it for the money and don't smoke it.

Maybe there is something going on. I would suspect less of a conspiracy
and more of a case of "we can make more money if we water our product down."

I honestly don't pay that much attention, and I no longer hang out at
places where I would really notice. My recollection is that most of the
"partiers" looking to get drunk are doing so after dark, and I am probably
in bed. If I drink, I do so at home.
