I think it's not legal. Some of the arguments surrounding this Auto-Pen deal is Biden's intent. They argue that if Joe had the intent to sign using the Auto-Pen then it's "Legal". But it looks like Joe didn't have clue never mind intent.
I think the current admin is looking into this for a couple reasons. If they can prove that it was the Deep State, and not Joe, who was running the government over the past 3-4 years a all of the EOs/EAs that "Biden" signed could be made null and void.
If we can make null and void the Pardons maybe Hunter and others can be held to account for their crimes.
I do believe that we need the truth. It'll expose the Democrats and the left's agenda.
