Can't disagree with you there!
I'm a board game fan, and of course all the board games are made overseas.
Now I'm not looking for anyone in the industry to lose thier jobs - not
my desire at all - but if they can, they'll start making in America. Prices
might still go up some, but at least people in this country will be making
the money 'on the factory floor.'
Also - I honestly enjoy getting a new game, but I'm to the point in my life
where I will never play the ones I already have to the point that I'm tired
of them. :-) Just had a 'gaming weekend' a few weekends ago. Played three
games of Terraforming Mars, two of Stone Age, and about a dozen games of
Camel Up. That was it. Never touched Catan, Istanbul, Ticket to Ride, etc.
Not complaining, of course, just saying I could NEVER buy a new game again
and be good with what I have. (And I didn't even mention the ones I didn't
even have hopes of getting to the table...)
... There will be a seminar on Time Travel last Thursday.
