I've seen that too... Quebec is a pain. I think that sometimes large counties like the US or Canada have a problem in that the demographics are sooooooooooo large that people in one State/Province are not represented in a central political location like Washington/Ottawa. Alberta is Canada's "Texas" Whereas Ontario, and Quebec for that matter they are Canada's San Francisco...
Alberta referendum will happen and I'll get to participate in it... And I'll vote "Yes" to separate...
