No. I'm implying that the plan to end the war does not exist.
And how about stopping the killing by funding the defense?

The deal already exists, it was made in 1994 and it says that Ukraine will give up it's nuclear arsenal and in return the USA, UK and Russia will defend its borders.
Sanctions against Russia already exist.
Once this "peace deal" exists, why would the war stop? Russia could just attack again and make the next "peace deal". Trump's new plan is what Ukraine offered in May 2022. Russia didn't accept it.
