The measures that Trump invoked was to fast-track known gang members and or harden criminals out of the country... ASAP. If they are hear illegally and they are raping and killing women and children why do they get to be released into the country again to rape and kill more women and children.
There is a second teer to Trump's border policies... to go after people who already have been through the process and they have a removal order.
The "Maryland Father" fell under these 2 categories... He was a known gang member and he already had his due process with a immigration judge and subsequent immigration appeals court that upheld his removal order and his gang membership status.
Trump is not using this war time measure on everyone.
BUT, there are stories where Illegals who were with the ones targeted got
arrested and deported because they were caught and deported because they were illegal and not because of some 1780's law.
I think ALL illegals should be deported and if they have an issue with their deportation they can appeal from their country of origin.
Years ago I use to travel from Canada to Buffalo NY... going to the Airport on my way to fly to Florida, the State I call home, and I was struck by some of the large factories that were abandoned... The use to employ 1000s and 1000s of people ... Now they employ none and are an eye sore. There are several other stories like this... Gary Indiana manufacturing was completely gutted... The place is a ghost town. Companies moved their manufacturing out to countries who use slave labor, like China, and or places where they pay their workers in Pesos.
Harley Davidson is moving their manufacturing facilities out of the US where they can employ slave labor or use labor that will cost only dollars a day to employ.
Trumps use of Tariffs is to get manufacturing back to the us to employ American Blue Collar workers. I'm sure the political elites, along with the Globalist, hate this.
