AT> Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene(R) of Georgia has filed articles of
AT> impeachment against President Biden for his abuse of power as vice
AT> president.
A waste of time and energy. On the other hand the impeachment of Trump is going to get underway on Monday.
AT> I appreciate Rep Greene's initiative. I'm not in favor of presidential
AT> abuse of power.
It's not initiative on the part of Greene, it is something else.
AT> I just hope that Nancy Pelosi realizes now that President Biden is
AT> "impeached forever." This impeachment is not temporary, and it will be a
AT> part of history for the rest of the USA's life.
Biden has not been and will not be impeached.
I hope republicans will behave like the party of law and order they claim to be, but I doubt that very much.
AT> Marjorie is nothing like Nancy Pelosi though. She's not likely to serve
AT> the articles of impeachment on a silver platter (Republicans aren't so
AT> flashy) and she probably won't give the pens out as souvenirs.
This is nothing more than flash and dazzle.
AT> Unlike the failed Trump impeachment attempts, Biden's impeachment is much
AT> more likely to end with a conviction. I feel a little bad for Joe because
AT> he was probably not expecting to have to answer questions about his Ukrane
AT> fiasco. Just saying "it's been debunked" isn't going to hold up in court.
Trump was impeached, twice. For good reason both times. There was no Ukraine fiasco aside from what Donald Trump did.
What Joe did does not compare in any way to what Donald did.
