R U serious... question... R U Canadian.... I'll touch on the Canadian thing
latter... The founding fathers wanted the president to be the president of the
United States and not just the president of New York and California. The
electoral college forces presidents to visit and actually give a shit about
what the other 48 States want and need.
Hillary won the popular vote in 2016 but lost in a landslide with the
electoral college... One of the reasons was that she never stopped at other
states... she just flew from New York and California repeatedly fund raising
and campaigning ... Her husband Bill even said she should stop and talk to the
peasants and pretend that you care....
She lost to a man who had no political experience... Trump made several stops
and talked to the common folks... He said He loved his country... He loved it's
citizens... and he'll spend every waken moment fighting for them... And that
they'd be tired of winning...
I said I'd loop back to Canada... Canada needs something like the electoral
college, it has a popular vote... Reason being... most, if not all, elections
are settled with only one or two Provinces... Ontario and sometimes Quebec ...
As corrupt as Trudeau is... he'll stay in power, ad nauseam, because the
residence of Ontario keep voting him in... they are drinking the Kool-Aid
