That was never an Obama policy. That was a Trump executive order that stared all that and when the order proved to be a bad idea he said it would stop but it never has.
Trump also told immigration workers to do things at the border that were illegal and said he would pardon them if they got into legal hot water.
It seems women in detention centers are being given hysterectomies and other procedures while in detention, without their knowledge.
None of that is very American.
