from a cold-blooded murder like Andrew Cuomo. What will he ask in return?

In NY, if you qualify for the free tuition (It's called The Excelcior
Scholarship,) then I wonder if you can qualify with a undocumented immigrant's
drivers license? Because I know that we currently offer those. If that's the
case, we're gonna turn those rapists and murderers into doctors and lawyers!
Who can argue with that?  :)

Just go to any 5 star hotel in NYC. Deblasio is offering free rooms for anyone
who can hold a homeless sign. Everything's free I guess. They do this in
California too, but in Cali they also provide free drugs and alcohol, so NY's
still got some catching up to do.
