I agree that these folks are good at what they do, but many of them grew up
poor. Some worse then poor.
So now you're contradicting yourself....
Did you NOT just say?
that they are punished more harshly then whites.
that they inherited cycles of poverty.
that they are in ghettos of poverty and despair.
You forgot to mention "everything is a white-lash.." so says Van Jones of CNN.
Who is the racist now? Is this how you see these people?
I wish everyone could rise to greatness, regardless of skin color.
You know why so many of them fail? It doesn't have a thing to do w/ the items
that you mentioned, in-fact what some of items of which you mentioned are
the result and not the cause. It all boils down to NOT having a strong family
unit. Single moms raising kids, no Dad in the picture, he went off to splash to
another. Then the street fills whatever void remains, followed by a culture
that does not care.
It is Responsibility and Commitment that is the problem to a large degree.
A strong education also provides the pathway out of this misery. or death does.
I remain hopeful, that education is chosen when this choice comes.
