That's not quite true.  They simply refused to hear the case, meaning they let
the lower court decision stand.  So it still can be appealed.

We've had laws on the books for a long time against vagrancy that have gone
unchallenged.  Also, as a property owner, I have a right to decide who I let on
my property.

This case, though, looks like it's specifically about homeless people sleeping
on easements and other publically accessible land.

But there are many other laws that they can get the homeless on, so I don't see
much of a problem here.
