First of all, he *never* controlled both houses of Congress.
The shithead who was `speaker' at the time of which you try to pretend
Trump had both houses behind him (Paul Ryan?) was not a `republican'; he only
had an `R' after his name when it appeared in print. He was almost as staunch
a democrat as Pelosi or Schitt are! (Which is probably why he's no longer
around!)
