Yes. I did listen unfortunately to the entire Schiff parody.
Then I also listened to the video which the url represents..
The purpose and scope of video and the commentary that ran before and after
the snip-it or sample of Adam Schiff clearly indicates that he was making it
up at least to some extent, because there was never any quid pro quo at any
point ever.
