So I plan to get the Metal Gear Solid OST on vinyl. Love the orig-
inal game soundtrack so much.
On another note, I notice that I distro-hop way too much. I went
from ElementaryOS to Mageia to Arch on my laptop. One thing I need
to do if I'm going to do that is create a FAT32 or ext2 partition
to hold my /home data in, and call it like /secondhome or something
, that would be cool. Or better yet, just put everything on a NAS.
I don't think I've ever really setup a NAS, despite the fact that
I have several Pi's laying around unused.
Plan 9. The Unix that is more Unix itself is. I wanted to talk abo-
ut it. I've installed 9Front in a VM, and so far it doesn't seem
too bad, but I feel like it's ease of use is really lacking comp-
ared to modern systems like FreeBSD and Ubuntu and whatnot. But
I realize they were made for totally different purposes. In any
case, I would like to setup a Plan 9 grid, possibly on a rasp-
berry pi, for people to use and to access various resources that
they couldn't get on a regular Unix system. It would certainly
be very interesting to try.
I hope y'all enjoy reading what I write, and I'll try to sqee-
ze in more time for gopher writing.
